This vertical, multi-axis special-purpose machine uses a rotating fixture called an index table, which is divided into three sections, to process two processes by utilizing a large head.
These two processes enable the machine to machine two sets of connecting rod bodies and caps at the same time with a single head.
This is a specialized machine developed to manufacture connecting rods in response to customer requests.
The con rod, which requires a lot of machining and accuracy, has been solved by multi-axis simultaneous machining.
