One-pass machining of the mating surface & cover surface of the transmission case and TC case with a large-diameter special cutter.
The cycle time does not include the time for attaching and detaching the rotary jig (index table).
Chips do not fly off because of the cover type.Also, it reduces noise.
Workpiece can be mounted and dismounted during machining, which is effective in reducing cycle time.
